Our Story

Our original feasibility analysis was literally scribbled with a borrowed pen on a paper napkin at the old Café Rizal.

Solutions was established in 1994 on the basic principles of client and results orientation. In our first year, we were selected as health care consultants of Procter & Gamble, Citibank, Amkor Technology Phils., and EasyCall Communications.

Since our founding, we have provided advice to employers, insurance and health care providers, and government agencies in the areas of actuarial services, health care management, financial planning advice, insurance broking and employee benefits consulting.

In 2000, Solutions was made part of then Woodrow Milliman Network, now known as the Abelica Global Network. Abelica is an international organization of financially and legally independent consulting and actuarial firms represented in principal cities worldwide.

In 2008, Solutions joined the Regional Network Alliances (RNA), an organization of independent, owner-managed insurance brokers in the region.  Representatives are based in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines.

In 2005, Solutions was ranked as the top insurance broker in the whole country in terms of health business premiums generated – a testament to our unrelenting pursuit of quality and excellence in providing value-added services to our clients.

Going towards our 20th year in 2014, we have a manpower complement of more than 50, one principal, three founding partners still active, we have invested in our office building and part of regional and global networks.  Our purpose is to continue to a valued partner of all our clients and other business partners.
